EAST PEORIA — The Prairie Wind Ensemble under the direction of Jim Tallman will open its season Oct. 21 at the Performing Art Center, Illinois Central College.The concert begins at 2:30 p.m. Featured soloist will be tubist, Jim Wellwood. He will be performing two movements of the “Suite for Tuba� by Robert E. Clemons.
