Dominant deGrom takes on Padres in opener

The Padres return home after a seven-game road trip and the Mets will depart the confines of Citi Field for the first time since the All-Star break when the two teams open a four-game series at Petco Park on Monday night. Jacob deGrom will start for New York, and San Diego will start Clayton Richard.
