GURUGRAM: Constable Lukman Khan, who is with the Gurugram crime branch, jumped into the Yamuna canal and saved a man from drowning while he, along with his team, was going to conduct a raid in Faridabad on August 12. Mangal Singh, a resident of Sihi village, had fallen into the canal and the cries of help from bystanders alerted Khan who rose to the occasion without a second thought.
