Noida´s Aqua Line set to open by Oct

Noida: The Aqua Line connecting the twin cities of Noida and Greater Noida is expected to become operational by October. Having missed the September deadline, Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) said on Friday that it would be sending the request for the final inspection by commissioner for metro rail safety (CMRS) by September-end, thus raising hopes for an October commissioning. Officials said they were hopeful of giving a Diwali gift to commuters. According to NMRC officials, six remaining trains are expected to arrive from China by September-end.
