Locke Lord names Houston managing partner as new chair

Locke Lord LLP has named its Houston office managing partner as the law firm`s new chair. David Taylor will succeed Jerry Clements as head of the firm beginning Jan. 1, according to a press release. Taylor has spent his entire career with Locke Lord, joining in 1988. The firm has offices worldwide, with its largest in Dallas, Houston and Chicago, a spokesperson said.
