Hilcorp Energy affiliate and Vitol pursuing Corpus Christi oil terminal project

Harvest Pipeline Co., an affiliate of Houston-based Hilcorp Energy Co., and Vitol Inc., an energy and commodities company, have agreed to explore jointly developing a crude oil terminal at the Port of Corpus Christi.
