PRESS RELEASE Brescia, 12th December 2017 - The Supervisory Board has approved today the governance revision guidelines proposed by the "Governance Commission", an internal committee of the Supervisory Board, created last June. The UBI Group was formed in 2007 on the basis of three key cornerstones, the co-operative status, the federal model and the two tier governance system.
