Ward boy turns doc, treats patients at Basantpur PHC

GREATER NOIDA: Patients at Basantpur primary health centre (PHC) are being treated either by a ward boy or a pharmacist in the absence of doctors. This has been alleged by social group, Jai Ho in its complaint to UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath. `Four staffers are posted at Basantpur PHC, including two doctors, one pharmacist and one ward boy.
