The second day of the Minsk visit by Undersecretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Vincenzo Amendola, on Friday June 23, included bilateral meetings with Belarus`s Foreign Minister Vladimir Makey and Deputy Ministers of Foreign Affairs Evgeny Shestakov and Oleg Kravchenko.
