Pakistan turns pink to highlight breast cancer awareness

Islamabad: Pakistan government buildings including PM and President House and landmarks in Islamabad have been lit up pink and posters put up on streets to highlight breast cancer awareness, encouraging regular health checkups. Pakistan has the highest rate of breast cancer in Asia with 90,000 breast cancer cases being annually reported in the country out of which 40,000 die, reports suggest.
