ARROYO SECO - Peter Crabtree and Paige Williams-Emery met on the road. They are diehard Grateful Dead fans and were following the band when they fell in love. They’ve recently been on the road again, searching for Peter’s sister, Melissa Crabtree, a Taos-based folk singer. The couple came last week from the FEMA camp where they’ve been living since the 2018 fires in Paradise, California destroyed their home, to search for Melissa, who went missing in Taos on Feb. 11.
