Event Information This year the Hay Bale Challenge is expanding to an all-inclusive `Sculptures by the Bush` event which will cover the whole of Blayney Shire with a variety of different programs to get involved in. The event will have three different categories for residents to enter in including the Hay Bale Art Challenge, a Farm Art Challenge and the Scarecrow Competition.
