Being admitted to a hospital in Korea is perhaps more pleasant than in many other countries, but there are still many cultural peculiarities a foreign patient should be aware of. The following recommendations are written based on two extended hospital stays at one of the country`s top hospitals, both of which were serious enough that my mobility was limited.
