Britain looks to Egypt in post-Brexit era as major economic deal agreed

Egypt and Britain have agreed a wide-ranging economic partnership as London adjusts its global priorities in light of Brexit and Cairo by focusing on a joint sustainable development strategy. The agreement includes co-funded science, research and innovation partnerships, UK training of Egyptian medical professionals and the provision of £50 million by Britain `to support Egypt´s continued stability and prosperity`.
