BMC steps up efforts to meet Swachhata app download target

Bhubaneswar: Just about 7,500 people have downloaded the Swachhata app in the city this financial year, indicating a poor response from the public to the Centre´s cleanliness initiative. A city can earn 440 marks in Swachh Sarvekshan (cleanliness survey) if more people download the app. The 440 marks for downloading the app is out of 1500 that has been set aside for citizen feedback under the survey.
