While the SA National Defence Force was unable to maintain the Thaba Tshwane military base in Centurion due to `predominantly a lack of funds`, it has managed to find the cash to spend R20.5m on `luxury vehicles`, valued at over R600 000 each, for senior management in the previous two financial years.
