Population of sharks, rays species on the decline due to accidental catch in Indian Ocean: experts

The population of sharks and rays species is declining at a fast pace in the Indian Ocean, and in order to reduce accidental catch and mortality of sharks and rays in the fishing nets, eco-friendly and innovative fishing methods need to be introduced.
