Pakistan amending Army Act to let Kulbhushan Jadhav appeal in civilian court

A special amendment is being made under Pakistan`s Army Act for Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav in view that the existing act forbade individuals, who are being tried under military courts, from filing an appeal in the civilian court, reported Pak media. The move is in compliance with the ICJ`s verdict which had ordered Pak to review Jadhav`s conviction.
