Electronic Arts has unveiled plans to return to Steam in late 2019, reversing its former split with Valve`s digital PC storefront almost one decade prior. The hit publisher kicks off availability with Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order, later tailed by its future titles, and the EA Access game subscription service.
Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order is scheduled to launch on November 15, alongside Origin for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. Existing EA titles will see a staggered Steam launch over the coming months, as the publisher migrates a portion of its portfolio from Origin. Next spring also marks the arrival of EA Access for Steam, the store`s first game subscription service, under a flat monthly fee.
