Govt sets up RERA with PH Kurian as chairman

Thiruvananthapuram: The state government has constituted real estate regulatory authority (RERA) with P H Kurian as the chairman and Preetha P Menon, Mathew Francis as two other members. Local self government department (LSGD)issued the gazette notification in this regard. The government went ahead with the appointment based on the advocate general´s legal advice.
