Granting free healthcare to illegal immigrants is an idea that has quickly gone from a far-left fringe idea to a key plank of many Democratic 2020 hopefuls in just a few months -- but it´s a policy proposal that could cost American taxpayers tens of billions of dollars a year, according to a new study released Thursday.
