The St. Louis County Parks Department is looking to lease three sites in Queeny Park in West County, including a building that housed the Dog Museum. The museum said it was leaving in 2017 for New York City, and opened in Midtown Manhattan in February. The county said Tuesday organizations may submit proposals to lease the historic Jarville House, Carriage House and former Dog Museum.
