Despite BlackBerry`s commitment back in August to keep network access for BBOS devices running beyond the end of 2019, carriers are free to shut down the services as they fit and according to emails being sent out, UK carrier EE has decided to do just that on October 31, 2019.

If you use a BlackBerry device pre-BlackBerry 10 (ie. Curve, Bold, Torch, Storm, Porsche), it will no longer have access to the following applications: BlackBerry Email, BlackBerry Messenger, BlackBerry World, Facebook, and Web Browsing.
