PATNA: With the Commission announcing byelection in one parliamentary and five assembly constituencies in Bihar, political atmosphere has hot up in Samastipur (SC) Lok Sabha and Kishanganj, Simri Bakhtiarpur, Daraunda, Nathnagar and Belhar assembly constituencies in the state.
