MUMBAI: Migration flows to the 36 Oecd member countries - comprising of the world´s most developed and high income countries, rose slightly by 2% in 2018 as compared to the previous year, with around 53 lakh new `permanent´ migrations. Temporary labour migration, where a person migrates to another country for a limited time and student migration is not included in the above figure.
