Endeavor Group Holdings Inc. signaled its intent to finally go public this fall at a valuation of $8 billion. In new paperwork filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday, the Beverly Hills, California-based talent agency offered 19 million shares at an estimated price of $30 to $32.
