One minister handles entire question hour

Though the Lower House took up five `starred´ questions and supplementaries, all the replies came from Union minister Harsh Vardhan who holds charge of two different ministries - health and science & technology. There has been no such instance in recent memory when different questions during the entire Question Hour were responded to by a single minister.
