New cooperation framework for KU Leuven and its alumni associations

KU Leuven is proud of its alumni, and they are proud of their `old` university. Both parties have a great deal to offer each other as well. A contemporary alumni policy and a well-functioning alumni outreach are essential in keeping this connection tangible, and this has now been concretised by a new cooperation framework.
