Nothing will stop these rabid Raptors fans from getting a spot in Jurassic Park as the hours slowly ticked away before tip-off for the pivotal Game 5 of the NBA Finals.Not the downpour that pounded downtown Toronto on Monday morning. The fans, some of whom have been camping since Saturday, were playing hide and seek with the rain — seeking shelter under the Gardiner Expressway or the covered portion of Scotiabank Arena, while others hid under makeshift tarps.They re-emerged when the rain stopped to greet bleary-eyed commuters heading to work with hearty chants of “We The North” and “Let’s Go Raptors.”Not even the potential return for Game 5 of Kevin Durant, the Warriors mega superstar who hasn’t played all series due to injury, dampened their enthusiasm.“We played them (in regular season) with KD in the lineup and we didn’t have Kawhi and we still beat them,” said Greg Cameron, whose family of four commuted Monday morning to line up at Jurassic Park from Kitchener. “It doesn’t matter. We will win this thing no matter who plays.”He and his younger brother Darian, sister Kiana and father Dwayne were joining the queue that, by 9:30 a.m., was already hugging Scotiabank Arena from Lake Shore Blvd. all the way to Union Station.
