Durban - Police minister, Bheki Cele along with high-level cabinet ministers, including Transport Minister, Fikile Mbalulua, Minister of Labour, Thulas Nxesi and Minister of Home Affairs Aaron Motsoaledi were expected to meet stakeholders in the trucking industry today after truck owners blockaded the N3 Freeway near Marianhill on Sunday night.
