Over the last 7 months, I`ve come to realize something about the iPhone XS. It`s not just the experience that keeps me coming back, although I appreciate how consistent and considerate it remains. It`s the reliability. The trust. We make a lot of mistakes in this business. One of the biggest is forgetting just who exactly it is we review things for. The vast majority of you aren`t buying new phones every year, much less every few months. You`re using what you have until you can or are forced to get something new.
