PUNE: From illegal parking on footpaths to riding on the wrong side and on pavements, rampant traffic rule violations plague residents and pedestrians in Kothrud, Karvenagar and along Karve Road. Residents said two-wheeler users riding on the footpath poses a major risk to pedestrians´ lives. `One of the biggest worries here is the use of footpaths by bikers.
