Four members of the same family who tried to use forged disabled badges to avoid paying £12 for parking have been fined almost £3,000. Terry Ager, 71, and his wife Deborah, 56, made copies of his mother and uncle´s disabled parking badges by scanning them and printing them out at the library, Portsmouth Magistrates´ Court heard.
