Ludhiana: The police on Friday arrested three robbers, who had carjacked an employee of a second-hand car dealer near Kakka Dhaula village in December last. The gang kingpin, Lakhwinder Singh, and his associates Sandeep Kumar and Ravinder Singh were arrested at a check post near Basti Jodhewal Chowk in the morning hours. `On a tip-off, a police party stopped a car.
