Serious Crimes Unit Will Investigate Heavily Armed Foreigners Arrested In Haiti

Haiti`s Prime Minister Jean-Henry Ceant said the serious crimes unit would be investigating the arrest of several foreign nationals, including American military veterans, who were in possession of several semi-automatic weapons earlier this week. Ceant also said the investigation was turned over to the Judicial Police Department, which is the detective division which works on organized and transnational crime in the Caribbean nation.
