Austria`s right-wing government is planning to introduce tougher sentences for violent crimes, especially those against female victims, despite the country having some of the lowest murder rates in the European Union, according to Reuters. Austria`s government is led by a coalition of conservatives and the far-right who heavily campaigned against Europe`s migration crisis, but on Wednesday they said they would respond to a number of seemingly unrelated killings of women this year by foreigners.
