Cape Town - The City of Cape Town is cautiously optimistic about the drop in alcohol confiscations over the festive season. The confiscation of alcohol has become a crucial element in the City´s annual festive season operational plan because of the link between alcohol consumption, anti-social behaviour and compromised safety.
