A 23-year-old woman was charged with child neglect without great bodily harm after her children were found in poor condition at their Crestview, Fla., home.On Jan. 5, Angelica Crites’ daughter called 9-1-1 because she and her brother could not wake their mother, according to an arrest report from the Crestview Police Department.
