All orangutans safe after huge fire sparked mass evacuation at Chester Zoo

The orangutans have been saved after a fire destroyed much of the roof covering Chester Zoo´s Monsoon Forest area forcing a mass evacuation. All the mammals have been located but keepers are `working hard´ to track down the rest of the animals, according to a statement released by the zoo this afternoon. However, CFO of Cheshire Fire and Rescue Mark Cashin said confirmed that all the orangutans were safe as well as `most of the building´.
