I tried to be innovative, but I got stuck in meetings all day. Sound familiar? I think it`s safe to say that most people feel that meetings are frequently a waste of time. Without leadership, structure, creating a meeting plan or defining roles and responsibilities, meetings can never be fully collaborative or productive. Yet, our calendars are stacked with meetings every day. Clearly, there are those who believe in their worth because, there they are, scheduled weeks and months ahead.
