As the Royals keep a close eye on their payroll for 2019, they likely won`t get hit hard in pending arbitration cases. The non-tender deadline for those Royals who are arbitration eligible -- third baseman Cheslor Cuthbert and right-hander Jesse Hahn -- is Friday at 7 p.m. CT.
