A man has tonight been charged with the rape and murder of 13-year-old schoolgirl Lucy McHugh. Stephen-Alan Nicholson, 24, who previously lived with the teenager and her mother Stacey White has been charged with murder, rape of a child under 13 and two counts of sexual activity with a child under 16.
