Fullerton senior facility has new owners

FULLERTON - The Woodland Park Senior Living apartment community in Fullerton has new owners. Woodland, located at 320 Broadway Ave., was purchased earlier this month by Zoul Properties LLC of Grand Island. According to Zachary Z. Zoul, managing member of Zoul Properties LLC, the purchase of Woodland represents the first such acquisition by the company. He said the property consists of 32 one-bedroom apartments located in eight four-plex units with a community clubhouse.
