Mohali: Drug peddler escapes from court complex

MOHALI: A drug smuggler escaped from police custody while he was being taken for a hearing in a case at the court complex in Sector 76 on Saturday afternoon. Gurinder Singh, alias Ginda (30), a resident of Ludhiana, was brought to the judicial complex at 11am and lodged at the `bakshikhana` (lockup) on the ground floor.
