Startup plans to launch small satellites from Virginia coast

NORFOLK, Va. (AP) - A California-based startup says it will rocket small satellites into orbit from Virginia. Rocket Lab said Wednesday that it will build its launch pad at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport.
