FUND OBJECTIVE NB Private Equity Partners Limited ("NBPE" or the "Company") is a closed-end investment company registered under the laws of Guernsey managed by NB Alternatives Advisers LLC (the "Investment Manager"), an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Neuberger Berman Group LLC.
