JCTSL staff call off strike, buses to ply from Tuesday

JAIPUR: Over two lakh commuters who were facing inconvenience for the past one month can now heave a sigh of relief as nearly 250 low-floor buses will operate from Tuesday after the Jaipur City Transport Service Limited (JCTSL) employees called off the strike on Monday. The JCTSL employees´ association claims the decision was taken to `call off´ the ongoing strike, which was on since September 17 after corporation agreed to fulfil its five demands, except implementation of 7th Pay Commission.
