Vadodara: The detection of crime branch (DCB) has arrested three persons who had kidnapped a vegetable vendor a fortnight ago. The accused - Anees Pathan, Shahrukh Pathan and Roshan Pathan - were had kidnapped Kanchan Harijan, who has a stall in Swati Market.
