GURUGRAM: In the wake of the murder of the wife of additional sessions judge Krishan Kant by his personal security officer Mahipal Singh, the Haryana government has decided to bring in medical help for cops appointed to VIP duties in the state. Under the programme, one counsellor will be appointed in each district to work with police personnel working as security guards of VIPs.
