HC grants bail to 4 accused in Haryana judicial paper leak case

CHANDIGARH : The Punjab and Haryana high court on Friday granted bail to four accused, including then high court registrar (recruitment) Balwinder Kumar Sharma, allegedly involved in the leakage of Haryana judicial services examination. A full bench comprising Chief Justice Krishan Murari, Justice Rajesh Bindal, Justice Rajan Gupta, Justice Arun Palli and Justice G S Sandhawalia passed these orders while allowing the bail petitions filed by these accused.
